On line Services - Important news
You can now sign up for Online Services to allow you to book an appointment with a doctor of your choice, up to 3 weeks in advance. You can also cancel any booked appointment that you no longer need and request repeat prescriptions.
Please visit the surgery in person so we can issue a user name and password, unique to you.
Please be advised due to patient confidentiality and maintaining security we can only give out your user name and password to you, not family members. As this service is linked to individual patient records you will only be able to use the service/s for yourself. (ie. Not children or spouses)
Our previous online repeat prescription facility has changed to this system, so you will need to attend the surgery as soon as possible to continue requesting medications as before. The new system is easy to use and links directly to your clinical record, therefore all of your current medication will be listed for you to select when needed. Always allow at least 4 days notice for any repeat requests.
If you encounter any difficulties with obtaining your user name and password please contact the reception team.
